Sturdy cushions in the Barkey varitherm are filled with continuously circulating warming fluid at selected temperature for uniform heat distribution.
The cushion material is flexible to fully conform to your container's shape. This provides optimal heat transfer without contamination risk. To further minimize thermal gradients and speed thawing, engage the agitation paddle.
A transparent lid means that you can visually monitor the thawing process at any time.
